Prices are shown in US dollars. At checkout, Stripe automatically converts the amount into your local currency, and tax may be added on top.

For example, US$9.99 shows as NT$346.45 for a customer in Taiwan, including 5% tax.

How the trial works

  1. Day 1 Set up your first route and add a card. The trial starts.
  2. Day 23 Reminder in Discord: 7 days left.
  3. Day 29 Reminder in Discord: 1 day left.
  4. Day 30 First period is charged; the server moves to Pro. Cancelled or charge failed: all translation stops. Settings and data are kept and come back as soon as you pay.

Billing questions

No. The first period is charged on day 30. Cancel before then and you are not charged at all.
Each server can use the trial once. Removing the bot and adding it back does not restart it.
Pro stays active until the end of the current period. After that there is a 7-day grace period; when it ends, all translation stops. Your data is not deleted, and resubscribing restores everything immediately.
No. Routes, glossary entries and settings are all kept.
In Discord, run /parley → Billing → Manage subscription. That opens Stripe's billing portal, where you can update your card, view invoices, or cancel. Subscription management isn't available on this website.
They are fair-use ceilings, not a feature you are buying. Almost no server reaches them; if yours does, tell us on the support server before anything is cut off.
